In another exciting and informative Liberty Series Event, PERK presented LIBERTY AND FINANCES - with Treasurer Marlo Oaks.

Treasurer Marlo Oaks gave an in depth education on what ESG, Environmental, Social, and Governance is and its impact on politics, businesses and consumers. Treasurer Oaks was appointed as Utah’s 26th State Treasurer in 2021 and was on the ballot last November to finish out his predecessor’s term. Treasurer Oaks spent most of his career in money management and is one of two state treasurers with institutional investment management experience. He has appeared on national programs including Fox and Friends and Tucker Carlson and written articles for The Wall Street Journal, Dailywire, and Fox News. Treasurer Oaks graduated with a degree in economics from BYU and an MBA from UCLA Anderson. See his presentation slides here.

PERK Freedom is Everything event on Saturday December 2nd in Orange County!

Our first PERK Freedom is Everything fundraising event will be a huge celebration of freedom in Orange County that you won’t want to miss. PERK is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to Protecting the Educational Rights of Kids. PERK’s mission is to advocate for medical freedom, bodily autonomy, civil rights, parental rights and to protect the right to an education for high school students, college students, and  elementary school age children. PERK has over 30,000 members throughout California, consisting of public employees, first responders, students and parents of children attending school, grades K through 12, in California.

Granada Hills Charter Rescinds Covid Vaccine Mandate!!

Attorney Jennifer Kennedy announces that Granada Hills Charter School has rescinded it Covid Vaccine Mandate on Nov. 8th, 2023. This happened one week after Attorney Kennedy announced her lawsuit against GHC for school’s illegal vaccine mandate.

There are still other schools/school districts in California that have a COVID vaccine mandate policy. Hacienda-La Puente District, St. James Catholic School, and New West Charter. Please take action with our one-click campaign. If you know of any other schools in California that are still mandating this vaccine, please email us.
